Marcus has been in sales and business development for the last 10 years representing large and small corporations, and providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. He has been one of the top sales representatives in consecutive years of previous companies. He believes that integrity and going the extra mile for a customer pays off in the long run.

Glorilyn Huber has been in the business market for over 9 years, working in various professional positions including marketing, project and account management, the mortgage industry, and customer service. She earned her BA in Business Management from the Richard Stockton College of NJ.
She has been heavily involved in overseas missions, the church, and volunteering for various non-profit organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, The Connect Church, Bordentown Elks, Trenton Soup Kitchen, Fountain of Life Center, the March of Dimes, the Special Olympics, and the American Cancer Society, for well over 12 years. Throughout the years, Glorilyn has worn many hats in the volunteer sector, from physically building homes, to organizing clothes drives, feeding the homeless, starting a youth ministry, coaching sports, fundraising for events, ministering musically on missions’ trips to South America, and preparing for disaster relief. Through her various roles, she portrays that it’s less about what you do, and more about being willing to do something with what you have been given.

Rev. Miriam Rodriguez
Position: CEO and Executive Director
A survivor of domestic violence and a twenty year drug addiction. She has four children, which she raised on her own, and today are very successful young men and women of God.
Miriam is a graduate of the Latin American Bible Institute in New York City, NY, received a Certificate of Completion for the “Hispanic Leadership Program” at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA, and also a graduate of Valley Forge Christian College completing a dual course of study in Pastoral Ministry and Pastoral Counseling. She has also been involved in the prison system for the past twenty years and in 1994, she founded “New Life Homes”, a program for women with life controlling problems.
Today, Miriam is the Founder and Executive Director of The Nehemiah Wall, a traditional home for women with life controlling problems. She has a passion for not only urban and local missions, but also for foreign missions.

Dr. Mia McNeil
Position: Board Director
Dr. Mia McNeil is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) clinically competent in the area of Adult & Pediatric Psychiatry. She currently practices in both inpatient & outpatient settings where she promotes health and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute psychiatric illnesses and chronic conditions. She also supports the growth and development of nurses as an adjunct faculty at DeSales University and Northampton Community College.
She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Vanier College where she majored in Communications, she also earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Northampton Community College, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Kutztown University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rutgers University (Master’s/Doctorate bridge program). She is the recipient of numerous awards including the prestigious Rutgers Stanley S. Bergen, Jr., MD Medal of Excellence and the Hildegard Peplau writing award for demonstrating high levels of achievement in both academic and clinical studies.
Dr. McNeil has a personal commitment to working in environments where she can provide culturally relevant and competent care, promoting optimal health for disadvantaged populations. Her faith in Christ drives her love for people and desire to see individuals from all walks of life made whole. She maintains a commitment to volunteering in the Lehigh Valley community, which she has done for the past 10 years. Her volunteering experience includes serving at her local church’s homeless shelter, food pantry, and both children and women’s ministry. She doesn’t hesitate to lend a hand in the organization of conferences and special events in both clinical and community settings. She also enjoys mentoring young professionals. Position: Board Director
Connie Deemer joined The Nehemiah Wall board in 2014. She is a financial professional and CPA with over 20 years of experience. Currently, she holds the position of Controller at the Allentown Rescue Mission. She previously held financial management positions at PPL and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Connie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Moravian College and a Master’s Degree in Human Services-Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Connie has a passion for helping people in crisis. Prior to joining the board, Connie led Bible studies at Northampton County Prison for five years with the Salvation Army.
Position: Fundraiser Coordinator
David joined The Nehemiah Wall Board in 2016. Having worked at Oasis Safe Haven for Women and Children in New Jersey as a Donation Coordinator and Facility Manager, David is currently our Fundraiser Coordinator. As a graduate of Teen Challenge he worked as Admissions Coordinator for Teen Challenge Newark, New Jersey where he also studied Berean Studies and Biblical Studies. David also attended Leadership Training classes at Teen Challenge Brockton, Mass. He is currently contracted by the Sixth Street Shelter through his private business Selah Home Improvements LLC. He also works for Safe Harbor, Easton, PA as Shelter Coordinator Assistant and Greater Shiloh Church. David is also actively studying Biblical Counseling and Training for Ministry.
Position: Life Coach
Coach Nikki Church is an ordained Elder, also known as, the “Good Success Coach". She is Founder and CEO of NC Coaching and Consulting, Nikki has been the catalyst for "Good Success" in many lives and careers through seminars, workshops, and one-on-one and group coaching and consulting. Known for her no-nonsense, energetic speaking style, she is recognized as an inspiring speaker, a dynamic teacher, and a powerful coach!
"Good Success" is a values-based approach that creates results that last, because with each goal attained, a life, business or ministry is permanently transformed. Coach Nikki has provided coaching to diverse clients ranging from homemakers, to clergy, leaders, small business owners, entertainers and company executives. She has provided consulting services to profit and non-profit organizations,
Nikki is committed to helping her clients live a purposeful life and is so passionate about the Good Success model that she has created the Good Success Awards and Project Good Success, a values-based empowerment organization for teens and women. Through her non-profit arm, coaching and workshops have impacted the lives of many teens and adults.
Her greatest ministry is her marriage and her family. She is wife of the greatest husband in the world, Elder Len Church for 25+ years, her honey bunny!
